Millburn High was rated as the number one public high school in the state of New Jersey. This illustrious high school is about to have an astounding graduating class of 343 students.
The students, scheduled to graduate on June 22, 2009, are going to receive their diplomas from their senior class officers. The graduation ceremony is going to take place at the Richard J. Codey Arena at South Mountain in West Orange and is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. The ceremony will begin when the Vice President of the senior class, Michael Langley, leads the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. Following Langley will be the senior class president, Stephanie Manning, who will address her fellow graduates, commending them for giving back to Millburn High. Manning has said that the theme of the speech she will give will be “what the school has done for us, and what we have done for the school.”
